Terms and Conditions of the Premium Raffles

1. Nature of this document
These terms are a preliminary draft for informational purposes. They describe, in general and non-final terms, how the EasyFútbol Premium raffles are expected to work.
They do not constitute an offer, promise, or binding obligation. No raffle is active as of the publication date of this document. The final terms will be published before any raffle begins, may differ from this draft, and will prevail over it.
2. Organizer
The raffles will be organized by EasyFútbol. Official contact channels will be indicated in the final terms and at the bottom of this document.
3. Term and scope
The period of each raffle (start, close, and draw date) will be defined and communicated in the final terms of that particular raffle.
Raffle availability may vary by region. EasyFútbol may offer, limit, or not offer raffles in certain territories in accordance with the applicable legislation in each country.
4. Eligibility
Users with an active EasyFútbol Premium subscription at the time of the draw, who have reached the legal age required by the legislation of their country of residence, may participate.
People for whom participation is restricted or prohibited by the law of their territory may not participate, nor may the personnel that EasyFútbol designates in the final terms.
5. How to participate
Participation will be tied to the EasyFútbol Premium subscription. The subscription is a content and benefits service; its price does not correspond to the purchase of numbers, tickets, or entries to the raffle, nor does it by itself increase the chances of being selected.
The exact participation mechanics (registration, requirements, and method of entry) will be detailed in the final terms.
6. Selection of winners
Winners will be selected through a random drawing procedure, on the date and using the method detailed in the final terms, seeking to ensure transparency and equal opportunity conditions among eligible participants.
7. Prizes
The nature, quantity, and value of the prizes will be announced in the final terms of each raffle. Prizes will not be transferable or redeemable for cash, unless the final terms state otherwise.
8. Notification and delivery
Winners will be notified through the channels indicated in the final terms. Delivery of the prize may be subject to eligibility verification and acceptance of the applicable conditions within the established timeframe.
9. Taxes and fees
Any taxes, withholdings, or fees applicable to obtaining or receiving a prize will be governed by the legislation applicable in each country and will be clarified in the final terms.
10. Personal data
The processing of the personal data of participants and winners will be carried out in accordance with EasyFútbol's Privacy Policy and the applicable data protection legislation.
11. Regulatory compliance
Conducting raffles, drawings, or promotions with prizes may be regulated and require authorizations or permits depending on the country. EasyFútbol will adapt each raffle to the legal requirements applicable in the territory where it is offered, and may suspend it or not offer it where those requirements cannot be met.
12. Modifications and cancellation
As this is a preliminary document, its content may change at any time without prior notice. EasyFútbol may modify, postpone, or cancel any raffle for justified reasons or force majeure, communicating this through official channels.
